Bar Analysis with EXPLICIT method

Bar Analysis with EXPLICIT method

(OP)
Dear Friends,

If I have one single bar (square profile, 5x5mm and 30mm length - for example), I put one fixed restrain at end and applies one force in other (not compress force, but one force to bend the bar) I can solve it easily using the IMPLICIT method (Static Linear or NL, whatever).
But...if I want (only to curiosity!) run one EXPLICIT analysis, what are the points I need to take care?
For example, in implicit, the time "doesn't matter" in this case, but I need to set up it in explicit and I would like to know the best time step for do it.

Many Thanks!

Best Regards.
