NX9.0.2

NX9.0.2

(OP)
Hi,
sincerely, maybe for my poor English, I didn't understand this release note.
Can someone explain with an example what different from NX8 and what I've to do if I switch to NX9 or NX10 ?

Attribute titles set in customer defaults
You can set the titles for system attributes in the customer defaults. These include Mass Property module titles, such as Material, MassProp, and MaterialPreferred.
Using the input strings as titles ties a part to the particular customer default settings that were in use when the part was created. To avoid this, in NX 10 and future releases, these strings would be used to set the title aliases of the attributes. The attributes would have internal titles that match the current default strings with the prefix UG_.
Example
NX would rename the current attribute MaterialPropMass to UG_MaterialPropMass and have the default alias MaterialPropMass.
This may affect applications written to use existing titles. Therefore, to facilitate this change, new API functions would be created as follows.
NXObject: GetUserAttributeTitleFromAlias, GetUserAttributeAliasFromTitle.
uf_attr.h: UF_ATTR_get_user_attribute_title_from_alias, UF_ATTR_get_user_attribute_alias_from_title.

Attribute titles are born in NX8....sorry but it's not clear for me this informations.

Thank you...

Using NX 8 and PDM RuleDesigner
