Clearance analysis

Clearance analysis

Clearance analysis

(OP)
Hi,
I'm here again with this tool to understand if exist a solution or workaround where NX exclude from the analysis component that are well mated like the image attached.
I've used mated pair option, but nothing.
Solid Edge and SolidWorks if have the same thread are excluded and have a tool that verify the axis.
For complex assembly, NX put the designer in diffculty to analyze each result.

Thank you...

RE: Clearance analysis

If the bolt and nut are in an assembly, you can use the Ignore pairs within the same sub assembly option.

RE: Clearance analysis

An enhancement request exists to add this functionality. At this time there is not thread recognition capability.
