I am working with the welding procedure qualification for a steam pipe line P91 to P22 materials, anyone can help with any procedure, experience or information on working with these types of materials.

I would also like to know which one to select pipe diameter to qualify this procedure from 2 in. pipe. to an unlimited

I would suggest you perform an internet search on welding grade 91 material. Grade 91 material is a complex alloy requires detailed understanding of fabrication and welding characteristics. Look for an EPRI publication on fabrication guidelines for Grade 91 - this would be a good start.

Second, do you have a copy of ASME B&PV Code, section IX? If not get it.
