NX8.5 / NX7.5 drawing

Hi
Just opened a drawing that was created in NX7.5 in NX8.5. The sub assemblies used for the views are turned on in modeling and the main assembly views. Is there any customer defaults that need to be turned on to fix this or anything else?

RE: NX8.5 / NX7.5 drawing

I don't understand the problem you are having, can you provide additional explanation?

I made views with just the sub assemblies in them on the drafting side of the assembly and another copy of the sub assembly and/or parts shows up in the BOM. The sub assembly and/or parts show up in modeling floating in space and also in drafting too.

RE: NX8.5 / NX7.5 drawing

Do you remember what method you used to show only the sub-assemblies in the views?

RE: NX8.5 / NX7.5 drawing

Try and change your assembly load options reference sets and make sure As Saved is first.

Thank you for trying to help, but that does not work. I found the solution. In drafting, View>Display sheet which turns off display sheet and then Edit>View>Hide Components in a View took care of the parts and sub assemblies float in space, which turned them off in modeling.
