Changing the default 'Author' of a part

Changing the default 'Author' of a part

(OP)
Hi guys.

I'm switching computers and giving my current one to another guy in the office. When my computer account was made, it was MEXX. Solid Edge was set up as MEXX. In a new part file, the Author is saved as MEXX. I want it to say BRAD.

I have changed the windows login name to BRAD and the User Account settings all say BRAD. Computer description is BRAD. I have re-installed Solid Edge and done everything in setup as BRAD. I have checked the registry owner and it says BRAD. Every single thing I can think of is now called BRAD. But when I make a new part, it calls it MEXX! Where is it pulling this name from???

I don't care about making it a custom one or anything like that, I just want it to pull the name from wherever it pulls it from and make the necessary adjustments so it works!

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers

Matt
