line weight, font style, drawing layout questions in NX 8.5

line weight, font style, drawing layout questions in NX 8.5

line weight, font style, drawing layout questions in NX 8.5

(OP)
NX 8.5

1) in Nx drafting, the line weight settings for line/dimensions are not plentiful, is it possible to expand more line weight options or user can define the line weight?

2) for the font style, i want to use Arial Narrow which is a aystem font; however, it is not included in the NX annotation style dialog?

3) for the drawing view, i already set hidden line as invisible and it is not shown in NX drawing, however, after i export to DWG, all hidden line show up as solid lines... what did do wrong in NX?

4) NX 8.5 drafting provides drawing border option, however, it's still different from our current border style in use. i saw people build their own templates from scratch by using drafting tool in the drafting mode, is this the best way to do?

thank you
