Hello,

When you Migrate CATIA V4 Data to CATIA V5 Format, how you can make modification on it(like changing the length of extrusion), it will be better if there is a tutorial, i mean nessesary steps after the steps mentioned in the tutorial in below link:

Hi,
if you migrate a V4 model to V5 you will get a dump solid. you will have to use recognise features if it is a sheetmetal part or if it is a solid then you will have to use "Feature Recognition " license to recognise the features in V5 so that you can edit the model.Hope it helps.

you can migrate from v4 to v5 with features if you copy/paste 'as spec' as detailed in the link from SlimKANOUN

if V4 is not CSG, then well you're looking for special workbench like feature recognition like sudhakarn said.

All that explained in CATIA online doc, install it. It is good for all catia user.
