thank you so much .
but I need justify the use or A 588 instead of A 709 in bridge design. I only found the difference between these in the charpy V-notch impact test. I need know if there are another difference

If you are responsible for designing/engineering a bridge, then you MUST understand the requirements of the steel that will be used in its construction. You cannot justify the use of either of these steels without reviewing the details included in the standards.

First look at the specified grade. You must use A709 if you require the supplementary requirements of Tables 8 and 9.
