NEMA SM23

(OP)
Dear all,

NEMA SM 23 has been rescinded as per the website
http://www.nema.org/Standards/Pages/Steam-Turbines...
It is no longer available for sale. Now my questions to you are:

1) As API 617 refers to NEMA SM23 for nozzle allowable loads, what loads should be considered now for comparison for stress analysis?
2) Any news of plan to revise API 617?
3) Any news if NEMA SM23 shall be replaced by some other standard? The above given web page is silent on this.
4) What loads should be given to compressor manufacturers for nozzles?

Hope to get useful replies on this!!
