PROBLEM WITH 3D HEX MESHING ON HYPERMESH

PROBLEM WITH 3D HEX MESHING ON HYPERMESH

(OP)
Dear All,
I am trying to create hex mesh for the structure. I am creating 2D Automesh and then making 3D Hex Elements using element offset method. The problem that i am facing is that the elements as shown by the attachment are not connected.
I created solids from the surfaces and then used the Boolean to create a single solid. Then after meshing i ran a modal analysis and in that the spar elements are not connected with the rest of the elements. I checked the free edges and it is showing disconnection at the same point. I tried using equivalence but even that is not working.
Please advise about how to resolve the connectivity problem?
