NX 8.5 PENGLUE characteristic

NX 8.5 PENGLUE characteristic

(OP)
Does anybody know how NX8.5 defines the penalty gluing characteristic?
When you glue one object to another, it is defined as '1', so the glue is perfect. But with the part I need to handle, the gluing error is '0.85'.
I have put this 0.85 in NX8.5, but now I just want know how NX8.5 this precisely does: does it only glue some parts (until i have 85%) of my part or does NX8.5 take 85% of my gluing force or...?

Some help on the topic would be great!

Kind regards.
