Helping a local music studio designer (in NC ) on a job in Montecito CA.
It will ultimately be turned over to a CA licensed engineer who has not yet been determined. I am just trying to get the roof framing close as it is going to require some site built trusses.
Does anyone know the roof live loads out there?
I assume 20 psf would be conservative?

Thanks.

RE: Roof Live Load in Montecito CA.

Shouldn't this be a simple answer, out of the CA code?

No snow load of course. 20 psf it is.
