thread727-280658: Thread Analysis on SolidWorks

EngAddict,

you mentioned that you have created a few thread simulations in Solidworks. Do you mind to mention some details about the solid modeling? I am trying to model a Weco connection 4" 1502 subjected to bending moment,we need to determine the bending capacity of the connection. Any ideas or suggestions or Recommendations? I am using Solidworks Simulation 2011

Thanks in advance,
