Building a tunnel oven :/

Building a tunnel oven :/

Building a tunnel oven :/

(OP)
Hello All,
I have been task to design a tunnel oven for a food company. I have most of it down but my question is since its a food company; what kind off stainless steel do I use for the inside walls of the oven? The oven will have ribbon burners and temperatures of + 1100°F. Oven will be approximately 48'x24'. If anyone out there has had a project or experience of this matter I would really appreciate the input.
Thank you very Much

RE: Building a tunnel oven :/

I would suggest 309 grade stainless steel for your application.
