Learning SACS from Manuals / Tutorials / Courses

(OP)
I am trying to develop some experience in using offshore design-analysis program SACS from Bentley. I wish to learn about wave and wind load generation, modelling, fatigue analysis, Code check etc by reading manuals, tutorials, worked examples, video, attending courses etc. But finding it very difficult to come across any material. I looked for some courses in Europe/London. But the only courses available are in places like Nigeria / India etc.
Bentley produces some videos called 'seminars'. But these are essentially snippets of sales patter that such and such analysis can be done and aimed at selling the program to the employers. These videos are free but contain no detailed technical instructions how to do it.

Can any of you help me by pointing me to the right source please.
