Routing BOM in 2D Drawing

Routing BOM in 2D Drawing

Routing BOM in 2D Drawing

(OP)
Hi,

I have trouble creating the routing bill of material on a drawing sheet. In 3D space I´m able to create it but not on a drawing.

Reading the NX help i was able to find the following instructions:

To access the Bill of Materials (BOM) system interface, choose the BOM System Interface button from the Routing Mechanical toolbar.

The Part List format used by Routing BOM is a template found in the Template Palette in the Resource Bar. Drag and drop the template into your part, either in 3D space or on a drawing sheet, in order to define the format. If a template is not in the part file, the Routing BOM writes to the Information Window only.

Where can i find the Template Palette? I do not have a tab called "Template Palette" in my Resource Bar in NX.

Any Advice off what I am missing or doing wrong?

Using NX 8.5 and Teamcenter 9.
