My company just upgrade to NX 9 initial release. As we have opened some legacy parts we are getting this error message. "PART NUMBER/- -The attribute type is invalid." Then the part does not open. Has anyone seen this and does anyone know how to get around it?

Thanks,

RE: The Attribute type is invalid.

Yes, contact GTAC as they should be able to help you with that (BTW, were you a beta tester?).

Thanks for the information John. I will contact GTAC. No, I was not a beta tester. We did meet at the Intermountain RUG meeting.

Thanks again,
