Sweep Feature has Mad Cow Disease!

Sweep Feature has Mad Cow Disease!

Sweep Feature has Mad Cow Disease!

(OP)
Hello.

Has anyone seen this problem before in a Creo2 Sweep? Please see the attached image.

Notice that the cut is not following Chain-2 accurately, but instead has "the jitters".

I have tried adjusting the Sweep options, but nothing has any effect. Seems like if I specify
a trajectory, then it should be faithfully followed. It is acting as if there is some missing constraint or something.

I broke the two sides into separate pieces and gave each a different origin trajectory which cleared up the problem.

But I am still curious as to why my first method would not work.
