The Help for this program was created in Windows Help format, which depends on a feature that isn't included in this version of Windows.

amusingly, a 4th state of water was ballyhooed back when I was in junior high.


Later on, it was revealed that there were flaws in the experimentation; the purified water used was actually dissolving glass from the test beakers, and the properties of the "polymerized" water was actually from the dissolved glass in the water.
