Substation Design Tools

(OP)
I am wondering what people are using for Substation Design tools? We all have our own opinions and functionality needs, but I'm curious what might be software packages that are industry popular. AutoCad is the platform I'm familiar with in my experience, but I know there are many others.

What do you use for:
-Physical Design/Modeling:
-Are you Modeling physical/structural in 3D?
-Schematics/Wiring software package:
-Do you have a software that auto populates point to point wiring diagrams from a schematic?
-System studies and Ground grid design software:
-Do you try to use a package that can perform system studies and includes a grounding module? (ETAP comes to mind, there are many):
-If no, what has made the decision to split software between functions?

I have the unique situation of being able to basically write the book for the company I work for on this stuff and while there are many around using AutoCad or similar, I would like some others experienced thoughts on this stuff.

Thanks in advance.
