Hi to all

Does the reinforced plate between vessel wall and leg need to be from the same material from the point of view of stresses
Vessel wall is c-276 and reinforced plate is 304-l

So, if someone challenges you on this, your answer will be that someone on an internet forum told you that it was all right?

Whatever the correctness is of the reply given by TGS4, you should in my view make sure that you can justify it based on the design code of the vessel.
