how to simulate water to ice

how to simulate water to ice

(OP)
I'm new to this forum so Hey ^^.

I'm working with a project where I have to simulate the change from water to ice (from room temperature to -31 degrees Celsius and all of its characters like expansion and brittleness). I have found the engineering data about ice, but when I make a geometry and put in the engineering data of ice afterwards I'll only get an object that's made of ice and the ice will go on to expand (which it should not, when water has changed 100% to ice the expansion should stop regardless the temperature).

I hope you guys understand my problem and I hope you can help me.

If there is any information you should need that I forgot to mention, just ask for it ;).
