Datum Feature Symbol, Alignment with Angular Datums

(OP)
Dear Friends,

I am stuck with Datum Feature Symbol. With horizontal or vertical alignment with the line, Arrow of Datum feature symbol joins at center and in case of angle Datum Feature Symbol creates a Stub of certain length and keeps the text box in either Horizontal or Vertical position.
Is there any way to align the text box with the datum and then join the datum arrow with the box at the center like in the case of Horizontal or vertical position.
I have attached a picture of the way it is happening now.
By putting the lettering angle we can rotate the text box but the stub remains and the arrow connects with the box either of the horizontal centers, instead it should connect at the bottom center like in case of vertical or horizontal datum.

Many thanks in advance!

Regards,
Ishant
