Does anyone a reliable software capable of designing concrete elements (beams, columns, brackets/corbels) according to the Eurocode where I ca enter the actions and it will make the necessary checks ?

I don't know if the other major structural programs do the current EuroCodes or not. But, I'm guessing that Robot does since they've always been a European program that every decade or so will try to make some inroads into the north-american market.
So, if I were to offer any advice it would be to get demo versions of both RISA and Robot and see which ones suit your needs better. RISA's demo can be requested and downloaded from the following webpage:

Yeah.... we don't sell THAT version anymore. I have talked about resurrecting a copy on my machine so I can show the other engineers what the program was like back when Bruce and Roger were RISA's only engineers.
