i want to know how to calculate the number of floors to be reshored before casting the new slab
When was the last time you drove down the highway without seeing a commercial truck hauling goods?

RE: Reshoring
I could explain the entire process for you but then I'd be helping the competition.
Seriously, think about the problem. You will be applying a construction load to the top of the most recently completed slab. What is that load?
How much can that recently completed slab safely support? Chances are, it's much less than the construction load you are applying.
You will need the help of another floor, so you install struts between the 2 uppermost floors. Now two completed floors carry the construction load.
Repeat as needed with additional floors until the capacity exceeds the demand.
This is an oversimplification for sure. The load distribution to completed floors is affected by the actual strength of the floors at the time of loading AND by the stiffness of the struts (reshores) installed between the floors.
