Prefernces-Object dialog size?

Prefernces-Object dialog size?

Prefernces-Object dialog size?

(OP)
Is there a way of reducing the Preferences - Object dialog box size?

Having to drag the slider down, through all the empty space, to gain access to the Inherit selection is a nuisance and time consuming.

I believe it appeared this way in 7.5 and is still like this in 8.5.

Thanks in advance for any help.

RE: Prefernces-Object dialog size?

NO, there isn't. The issue is that this dialog is used to set the preferences for two sets of objects, normal or 'General' objects and 'Analysis' objects, and if you select the 'Analysis' tab on the dialog you will see that this tab uses all of the dialog leaving no 'empty space'. That's just the way this dialog works, it had to be sized for the 'worst case scenario'.
