Anyone, by any chance, recall this one? Who was the Struct EOR?

Have you called the architect and asked?

RE: Struct EOR for Pottery House by FLW

(OP)
No - that could work.

I hope he doesn't hate Struct Engrs as much as FLW did.

You call them?

RE: Struct EOR for Pottery House by FLW

That was 29 years ago. Good luck finding someone that even remembers the project.

JStephen, all you need is one person who can look in the files to find the engineering firm's name. It may take a few days but I bet they have it.

And to that end - I just called a firm in Michigan that did one project here in Western NC in 1985. Got the engineer himself and he remembered everything about it. There is hope!

Are you doing some work on it AELLC?

RE: Struct EOR for Pottery House by FLW

(OP)
No, Mrs. AELLC is writing a coffee table-book sort of about Southwestern USA engineering projects.

I have been helping her along because most of my history has been in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Phoenix and Las Vegas.

BTW if you are in the Phoenix area, arrange to tour at Taliesin West - I am not an Archi but it was great.
