There was no conclusion from the earlier thread. The composition is closest to Group 6 Sub group 6.4. But there is no indication of Tungsten in the Type of Steel in Table 1. In the absence of any indication of Tungsten in the table, I presume this steel will fit into Subgroup 6.4. ASME Section IX put this grade (equivalent to P92) in 15E, same as P91.

According EN 13480-2:2012 issue 2 (2013-08) the material group to CR ISO 15608 for seamless pipe acc. EN 10216-2 is 6.4.
