I thought that if I specified all LOB distances that are say - less than - all my ROB distances, my channel would then be shown as swinging to the left in the direction of flow. ("Left" meaning/assuming that I am looking downstream, of course.) Not so, my HEC RAS channel is shown as having no curvature (plan view, xyz view). Why?

when you draw in your river reach, you need to draw it with a curve. otherwise, if it is geo-referenced, it should also show up with a curve
