Journal to create lathe turn chart/tabular note

(OP)
I have seen the great work FrankSwinks has put on here and I'm wondering if anyone has a modified version of the tableOfPoints.vb journal to capture the radius size. I really like the output of that journal and my goal would be to select a series of lines/sketch(instead of points) and populate a tabular note with X(dia), Z, and Rad. I'll continue to try figure it out, but I thought I would put this out there if anyone(FrankSwinks ha ha) has any input on this.

Thanks for any help on this,
