Heat transfer through a wall of masonry

hello

I started to use ABAQUS and I have a few questions about modeling an element consisting of a detail made of a concrete column embedded in masonry.

When I defined contour conditions we considered a face contact with the outside and opposite side in contact with the interior. Do I have to define the conditions for the other girls (in other programs that I've used on the other faces of the element of the heat flux defined null)?

In the interpretation of the results obtained is the total heat flow across the element?
