CATIA Toolbar lost

CATIA Toolbar lost

CATIA Toolbar lost

(OP)
Hi everyone,
I'd just installed CATIA v5r20 on my new comp. The biggest problem is that toolbars cannot be moved on my way.

E.g. I am trying to move USER SELECTION FILTER tool, and my cursor is on it, but look ast the picture and you will see where is "new toolbar position", I repeat cursor is on the tool.

It is very strange and I really cannot find the answer.

Thank you.

RE: CATIA Toolbar lost

Try either one of the following:

Tools>Customize>Options and toggle OFF the "Lock Toolbar Position" setting.
OR
Tools>Customize>Toolbars and press "Restore Positions"

@garzar
Your first solution has is not about my problem. My toolbars are not locked, I can move them, but as you can see my cursor shows one toolbar position and empty rectangle("new toolbar position") shows some other position.. Anda when I try to move toolbar quickly, it sometimes dissappears and the only way to fix it is RESTORE POINTS, but it is very complicated to work in CATIA when you have to go on restore points every 5 minutes.

Best regards.

I have the all latest drivers instaled.
Is it possible that integrated graphic card and my external (ATI RADAEON HD 7770) are in some kind of conflict ?

RE: CATIA Toolbar lost

All my drivers aer up to date.
For AMD Radeon HD 7770 driver version is 13.251.0.0 and date is 12/6/2013
For Intel HD 4600 driver version is 9.18.10.3186 and driver date is 5/17/2013
.

RE: CATIA Toolbar lost

Just had a quick look at certified list and could not find AMD Radeon HD 7770.

Sometime going to previous driver would help. Check forum on AMD if someone is having same problem...

I have deleted drivers and installed previous drivers, but nothing has changed.
Resolution on my monitor is perfect, 1920 x 1080 in Windows 7 Ultimate. But when I run any setup, program installation it becomes very low.
Tools-Options left side of menu in Catia got very low resolution
Even "File-Edit-View...Help " track is displayed very low.

Really hope that someone can give me right solution..
Best regards

I have just disabled both, AMD Radeon and intel hd graphic drivers and problem dissappeared.
But now I have no enabled graphic drivers.

Looking for real solution.

RE: CATIA Toolbar lost

If you are working with a system having both Integrated and Discreet Graphics processing you should try disabling the 'Auto Switching' capability in the BIOS of the workstation. Intel has produced a design that suppossedly knows which GPU should be handling which calculations, but it seldom seems to work properly. I would assume you likely have issues getting a projector work properly with this computer as well.

If you or your IT Admin log into the BIOS on the workstation and check the Graphics configuration you can likely change the setting to be discreet instead of automatic (or something similar) this will cause the workstation to use the high-end graphics card for all processing instead of swapping between or as it seems in your case, using the integrated graphics for nearly everything.

It is a problem seen rather consistently across laptops with a discreet graphics card.
