Chiller Valve Package

Chiller Valve Package

(OP)
Hi,
I am posting a few pics of chiller connection. Actually i have space constraints to accomodate valve package of chiller. I have two questions. The first one is it right to install Y strainer in a slightly tilted position coz i have less room to install it faceing downwards as you can see in attachment. My next query is about the support for my vertical In line pump. Can somebody suggest better support system for that. Thanks in advance.

RE: Chiller Valve Package

Any water y-strainer is fine on the bottom 180° of the piping. For the pump, if you had support under the body equal to what is there for the pump suction, there would be no issues.
