Heat Input for pWPS and WPS w/ PQR for AWS D1.5

Heat Input for pWPS and WPS w/ PQR for AWS D1.5

Is there a defined envelope for heat input in regards to a pWPS in D1.5?
I am familiar with D1.1 and only recently been exposed to D1.5. Since our shop primarily runs FCAW, we will be producing a WPS with supporting PQR for that process. However, for my first run at this, we plan to use SMAW (7018) using a pWPS.
Once this heat input range is defined, will we need to time every pass that the welder does during their test?

if you look in table 12.3 , 12.4 , 12,5 me by you find your solution .
