SW Simulation messes-up material properties

Hi Eng-Tips users!

I have a weird thing going on with SolidWorks Simulation. I recently installed SW2013 SP3.0 on new workstation and found out that simulation is not working. For starters it wouldn't mash my parts, so I started some digging. I found that when I start simulation (any kind or type - express/full, static/thermal) I loose some material properties.

See two attached pictures:
1) in first I can select material and all properties are as they should be!
2) Second picture. When I start simulation and go to select material, some properties are missing.

For some materials there are two or three missing properties for others number goes up to about 6..8 properties. But Poisson's ratio is absent in all materials.

I have tried clean re-install of SolidWorks. Tried re-installing DotNET Framework but to no avail!
Maybe some of you have been in similar situation and now how to fix this, or have some idea what to try?
