Change style of parts list - NX 7.5

Change style of parts list - NX 7.5

(OP)
Hi all,

I am currently creating new drawing templates for my company. I have everything completed, except the style of the parts list.

Helvetica is the font style that we are using, and all text must also be set to 'thin'. However, when I add an assembly to the drawing, the parts list does two things I do not want it to:

1. It will not add multiple components into one line, and increase the quantity. Instead, they each have their own line.
2. The style of the rows for added components/assemblies is not as per the preferences > Annotation > Lettering styles that I have set. The font style is the same, but the lettering is set to 'medium' thickness, and a different size. Even if I right click on the parts list Cell Style > Lettering, then change the lettering type, it will change it for the loaded assembly. But If I for example delete the assembly, then re add it, the style goes back to he same, wrong style (medium, wrong font size)

Can anyone help explain how to change the above?

Many thanks in above
