Pressure drop calcualtions in Laminar flow regime

Pressure drop calcualtions in Laminar flow regime

(OP)
I am calculating the pressure drop for my viscous liquid flow application.
The flow regime is laminar and I have 1 Ball valve, 1 tee and 5 Elbows in my line.

I need some help on following queries:

1. Is Darcy 3K method the best method for estimating the minor losses in laminar flow regime over Equivalent length method
2. Where can I find the K values for various fittings in the literature ?
3. While calculating the length of the straight pipe, should we include the length through the fittings also?
