(OP)
We have a Bystronic 3015 laser that has developed an "error STL3511" over the weekend. It starts to cut then pauses and won't start again until the continue button is pressed. Does anyone have a clue where I could get the error code info as our machine came with the basic manual only.

RE: bystronic 3015 laser cuts and then pauses

Does this happen with both cutting head or just one? Does this happen with each program? What type of pierce and lead in/lead out are you using??

i don't know the codes but the ultrapack filter can cause something like this. The voltage signal out of it is only 18 volts and the logic controller don't like that.

RE: bystronic 3015 laser cuts and then pauses

STL3511 - Beam path air pressure is missing.
Check the ultra-pac unit for fault indication (led lights on side of unit) red light means it requires a service.(new filters)
Check the beam path air pressure regulator is set to 2bar.
