Can some one tell me what is the A number for filler metal E110C-K4 or where I can find that information

I am not going to tell you but I will help you figure it out by the following;
Use ASME B&PV Code, Section II, Part C, SFA 5.29
Go to Table 7 for K4 filler metal composition.

Once you know this go to ASME Section IX and locate the A-No in QW-442.
