CATIA Specification Tree

CATIA Specification Tree

(OP)
Hello,

I was wondering does anyone know in CATIA what the sketch icon with the red S in the bottom corner means? I cannot seem to find a reference to this anywhere. It is not the broken link symbol or datum.

Thanks

RE: CATIA Specification Tree

I have the feeling it is just a new icon for regular sketch since V5-6R2012 (?)

I think your right, it looks like it might be the V5-R23 symbol for a sketch. Thanks for the help.

RE: CATIA Specification Tree

I'm taking a wild guess this icon means Sliding Sketch. Change the sketch to Positioned or Isolated and see if the icon changes.

RE: CATIA Specification Tree

Sliding sketch it is!
