I am looking at a set of drawings that calls for wood framing to be both preservative treated AND fire treated. Everything I can find on-line says no such product exists (at least in the DougFir/HemFir realm). Does anyone know if such treatment exists?

dcarr82775 - Yes, it is possible. The American Wood Preservers Association (AWPA) has the "Use Category System" to describe various applications for treated wood. One category, "UCFB", is for fire protected wood used for exterior, above ground construction. Here is a summary of the AWPA's system:

You will probably have to search for a knowledgeable supplier who will even understand what you are asking for. But preservatives for this use are available. Here is one example:
