All,

does anyone knows least amount of volatile organic compound exist in which coating technology below

Nickel plating
Magnesium flame spray
Chromium carbide HVOF (high velocity Oxy fuel) technology

I want to know correct procedure usually applies in automotive industry.

Their is a small amount of electroless nickle used on some caliper pins, but I have not heard of either of the other coatings being used on a production basis in automotive.
