Hello friends, please help me

If i Have to qualify a pipe procedure whit thickness 10 mm. Smaw with impact test

Wich is mandatory to define range thickness?

Asme b31.3 tab. 323.3.1 A-5 or Asme Ix 403.6 and 451

Minimum qualified it's 10mm, 403.6 asme IX. Ok, but maximun it's T+6mm like Asme b31.3 tab. 323.3.1 A-5 or 2T like QW451????

1/2T to T + 1/4". B31.3 governs and is much more restrictive a T increases. The thickness range without impact testing per ASME IX also governs.
