bearing capacity with lightweight dynamic cone penetrometer(DIN 4094)
bearing capacity with lightweight dynamic cone penetrometer(DIN 4094)
(OP)
I want to use a German type lightweight dynamic cone penetrometer(DIN 4094)to determine the allowable bearing capacity as part of a ground investigation. I remember sometime ago I read that ten times the N10 value gives the allowable bearing capacity in kPa.Can somebody confirm this or give me the correct relationship between the two parameters?
