alarm for fault to-ground in station auxiliary system

(OP)
grounding neutral of station auxiliary system
high impedance (resistance) grounding with alarm protection. Neutral is connected to ground through a resistance or impedance which limits the fault current to ground very low values (less than 10 A). In this approach, the circuit can remain energized for a sufficient space for the operator to turn off the faulty circuit maintaining continuity of service time. However, if a second fault occurs to-earth lack evolves to phase-occurring trip.
