This auto-dim behavior drives me NUTS. Used to be a simple checkbox to disable it, but I cannot find the setting in NX8.5

Anyone know how to make these windows display all the time?

RE: Assy and Part Navigator auto-dim

I'm running NX 8.5.3.3 and the option is in the exact same place as described in the linked thread.

Alternatively, have you considered docking the windows?

I prefer to undock and keep them on my second screen, both permanently displayed.

Docked, and worse - overlaid on the graphics window - AND only one at a time.... is like working with an arm tied behind my back and undergoing MIT Blackjack Team training.

OK, I see that they renamed it to "Enable Transparency" and I overlooked it. Problem solved.

As cowski has stated, nothing's changed, in either NX 8.5 or NX 9.0.
