I need to model base isolators(N-Z and Wire rope) in ABAQUS. The behaviour of these isolators is goverened by Wen model. I have tried connector elements using plastic + damping behaviour, however I m unable to get accurate results. Is there any other way of simulating Wen model in ABAQUS. I have the following properties to be used as inputs for Wen model(beta, gamma, n,A).

I will try to explain my problem more clearly. I have a 5 storey MDOF system with an NZ type base isolator at the bottom (fig.2). The force deformation (hysterisis) behavior of this isolator is represented by Bouc-wen bilinear model (fig.1). How to create this non-linear beahviour in ABAQUS.
