PART FAMILIES WITH FACE ATTRIBUTES

PART FAMILIES WITH FACE ATTRIBUTES

PART FAMILIES WITH FACE ATTRIBUTES

(OP)
i am running nx 7.5 and we have fasteners drawn with part families. i have face properties in the fasteners for the tap call out and the c-bore call out along with the clearance drill call out. these face property tags are all pulling from the spread sheet and labeling the proper faces with the proper tags in the fastener, but when i wave link these in to other components and subtract them the face properties tag doesn't carry over to the component detail. the face property tag is set to reference because of the text we want it to say, coming from the spread sheet. if it was a string it will carry over, but it can not pull the string from the spread sheet in the part family.

LABEL3 = ".531 DIA DRILL THRU" This is a sample label coming from spread sheet.

is attribute tag and ".531 DIA DRILL THRU" is the attribute value..

please any help would be greatly appreciated.
