Post-Peak behavior in Mohr-Coulomb material

(OP)
Hi everyone,

I want to simulate uniaxial compressive test for rock samples. I use single element test to obtain my desired stress-strain curve by a one 1x1 element and Mohr-Coulomb material, but as I increase the number of the elements to simulate a more detailed one, the post peak behavior become very steep. Can anyone help me? (my input file is attached)
